This notice explains what happens to your details when you contact Tidemark Hospitality through this website or by email.

Who is responsible

Tidemark Hospitality is run by Beverly Whitfield, Lelystad, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 66128889. For any question about your data, email beverly@tidemarkhospitality.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or send an email, we receive your name, your email address, the name of your hotel or business, the topic you choose and your message. We do not ask for anything else.

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. The fonts are served from this website itself.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request to take these steps before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Where it is processed

• The website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, which receives form messages and forwards them to our inbox. Netlify is based in the United States and transfers data under the safeguards required by EU law.
• Email is handled by Hostnet in the Netherlands.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no collaboration follows, we delete your message and details within twelve months. If we work together, records are kept as long as Dutch tax and business law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing beverly@tidemarkhospitality.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
